👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior Azure & M365 Administrator at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Administer and maintain the Azure environment, ensuring its optimization and security.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation processes using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Logic Apps to optimize workflows.
- Act as a senior technical reference in migration, modernization, and integration projects within Microsoft environments.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, privacy regulations (such as GDPR), and audit requirements.

Requirements

🏅 About you
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have 10+ years of solid experience in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Your expertise in Microsoft Entra ID includes identity management, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, MFA.
- You possess advanced troubleshooting skills in Exchange Online along with knowledge of its security and compliance features.
- You demonstrate strong knowledge in managing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online including security and governance aspects.
- You are proficient in scripting and automating processes using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
- Your knowledge of cloud security practices is robust, including Zero Trust and monitoring frameworks.
- You have a track record of successfully managing migration projects from on-premises systems to M365/Azure.
- You have excellent communication skills and can effectively articulate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- You are fluent in technical English at least at the B2 level.
