As our business and client base continues to develop further, we now have a newly created opportunity for an experienced AV Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee all commercial, contractual, and delivery aspects of Audio Visual (AV) projects. This position requires developing and maintaining strong partnerships with Project Engineers and ensuring effective communication across all internal departments and client stakeholders.

Beyond managing assigned projects, the Senior Project Manager also provides coaching, mentorship, and guidance to Project Managers and Project Administrators, and serves as an escalation point for complex or high‑risk issues the project team cannot resolve independently.

  • Assume full commercial and contractual accountability across multiple concurrent projects

  • Fully understand and actively track the project’s P&L throughout the entire delivery lifecycle

  • Develop and consistently maintain a project plan, ensuring it always remains current, providing timely updates to internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication through daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and client updates

  • Act as the Lead for each project and serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders

  • Make informed decisions within delegated authority and provide clear direction to internal teams and subcontractors

  • Manage project resource planning and scheduling, including in‑house personnel and subcontracted labour

  • Supervise site managers and installation teams to ensure adherence to the project plan and timelines

  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of final documentation, including O&M manuals, as‑built schematics, and contract close‑out documentation

  • Coordinate procurement and invoicing activities

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to Project Managers and Project Coordinators

  • Support global PMO initiatives by implementing project management standards, best practices, and processes

  • Lead discussions on project risks, financial impacts, scope changes, and strategic decisions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with clients and internal teams

  • Confident presenter, particularly in tender or client‑facing scenarios

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
