    • Proven experience writing end-to-end tests and automation in real-world production systems using any modern test framework such as Playwright or Cypress.
    • At least 2-3 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
    • Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
    • Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, SDLC, and agile development practices.
    • Experience working with APIs, services, and distributed systems.
    • Ability to independently design and own complex technical solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Fluent English for clear communication and collaboration across an international team.

Nice to have:

    • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments.
    • Familiarity with observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, logs, metrics, alerts).
    • Experience building internal developer tools or CLIs.
    • Knowledge or hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted tooling.
    • Background in performance, reliability, or non-functional testing.
    • Experience mentoring or technically guiding other QA engineers.
    • Experience in high-scale or high-reliability systems.

Who you are:

    • You are comfortable owning ambiguous and complex problems.
    • You enjoy building tools that make teams faster and systems more reliable.
    • You care deeply about quality, but also about pragmatism and impact.
    • You are proactive, autonomous, and accountable for what you build.
