In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer. 

As Senior Automation Engineer, you will be a key enabler in the engineering department, enhancing our testing capabilities, as we want to keep a high pace of releases (typically releasing to production 20-30 times per day). We think you will partner closely with our development teams on especially complex, high-impact projects, keep us honest and make sure no stone is left unturned before it is in the hands of our customers. Your work will have a significant impact and influence on the quality of the deliveries for our customers around the world.  

In short, your responsibilities will be (but are not limited to): 

• Develop our test automation
• Coach your fellow engineers on testing best practices
• For key projects; review requirements, implement test cases, and plan smooth releases together with the development team
• Own the speed, reliability and coverage metrics of our tests
• Become an expert in our product, able to partner up occasionally also with customers to ensure early acceptance testing 

Who you are: 

• You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields – or equivalent software engineering experience
• Strong experience working with test automation, in particular testing web applications built in TypeScript/React
• Knowledge of agile test approaches and the software development life cycle
• Excellent communication skills together with a strong client service mentality
• Willingness to take initiative and thrive in a high pace environment
• Retail and Pricing industry experience is meriting
