The Senior Collision Estimator will handle the full estimating process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed inspections and complete accurate damage assessments.
  • Write comprehensive and precise estimates using CCCOne estimating software.
  • Review estimates with customers, explaining repair needs and answering questions clearly.
  • Communicate and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to obtain approvals and supplements.
  • Work closely with production, parts, and repair teams to ensure smooth repair workflow.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the repair process to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform final inspections to verify quality, accuracy, and completion of all repairs.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, supplements, and insurance correspondence.
  • Support the front office with customer service needs as required.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience as an auto body/collision estimator.

Strong working knowledge of CCCOne (required).

Solid understanding of collision repair processes, OEM procedures, and industry standards.

Ability to accurately assess both visible and hidden damages.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple jobs simultaneously.

Familiarity with insurance company guidelines and estimating protocols.

Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
