Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the accurate and efficient preparation of financial statements and working papers using Active Ledger, as well as the processing of BAS, IAS, and annual tax returns for various types of entities. The role involves assisting in tax planning and strategy implementation while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality accounting, tax, and business services. The candidate will collaborate directly with Australian accountants and work closely with the team, demonstrating strong teamwork, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude toward on-the-job training and continuous skill development.
