Senior Attorney (Personal Injury) - Full-time

Location: Dallas, TX

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas

  • 5-7 years of personal injury experience

  • Able to multi-task and handle a high-volume litigation docket

  • Superior analytical skills and ability to analyze complex issues

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work onsite at our Dallas, Texas office and travel as required for trial or pre-trial requirements

  • First Chair or Second Chair Trial Experience

  • Bilingual

Job Description

  • Direct legal decisions throughout all phases of the litigation process

  • Understand the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case

  • Depose parties and fact and expert witnesses

  • Draft and argue motions

  • Supervise and manage a support team of staff
