About the Role

As a Business Support (Associate/Sr. Associate) at our company, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Transactions Sales team and driving efficiency in operational processes for the region. You will be working closely with Sales Leads, Sales Managers and the Territory Director, and will be crucial in
recognizing bottlenecks and developing strategic solutions to eliminate inefficiencies. Through this, you'll be instrumental in aligning with the company's goals and OKRs and will play a major role in supporting the Sales team in achieving quarterly targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, summarise and analyse cross-functional catch ups, to make internal processes seamless
  • Assist the team with transaction-related support, sending out proposals and decks to PNMs and IPCs
  • Help in maintaining a robust and updated inventory database across multiple WeWork assets
  • Support the team with account management and look into key metrics of enterprise account experience
  • Support with Salesforce and all other sales-related MIS reporting systems. Assist with seamless deal flows and handovers to relevant teams
  • Liaison between Data Reporting and Sales teams to share accurate, asset specific datapoints
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between the Product, Community and Sales teams

Education and Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required in a related field (operations in saas, edtech, hospitality)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Organized and self-motivated with a creative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Extremely detail-oriented, people-oriented, customer focused and high on energy
  • Ability to work well under pressure
