Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our People Success Team as a Team Member. The People Success Team is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment, supporting HRBP & Recruitment teams in employee onboarding & assimilation in the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 0-5 years of experience to kick start their career in Human Resources and People Operations.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary information to help them integrate into the company culture.
Employee Support: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to various HR-related questions and concerns.
Global HR Compliance: Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist with employee record management and documentation.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, social events, and recognition programs.
Benefits Administration: Support the HR team in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
HR Reporting & Analytics: Help gather HR data and assist in generating reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
HR Projects: Take part in various HR projects and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
