About the role:

Total cash compensation: $90-130K*

Kalepa is looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll work directly with the Marketing Director to help execute high-impact marketing programs and drive impact across the entire marketing funnel. You’ll roll up your sleeves on everything from campaign execution and reporting to content development, event planning, and audience research.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves using data to inform action, is eager to learn fast, and wants broad exposure to all areas of B2B marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership — and your work will directly shape how Kalepa shows up to prospects and customers in the market.

About you:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing at a B2B SaaS company. Experience in enterprise software, insurtech, and fintech is preferred
  • Strong communicator and writer, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear takeaways
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and working cross-functionally with sales and product teams
  • Exposure to areas like content marketing, demand gen, events, social media, and product marketing
  • AI-first marketer - You instinctively turn to AI to shortcut hours (or days) of work, using the latest tools to boost leverage, spark ideas, elevate quality, and drastically speed up execution
  • Curious about insurance and excited by the challenge of telling a differentiated story in a complex industry

As a plus:

  • You can flex into ad hoc design tasks in a pinch
  • Sharp analytical thinker — you're comfortable working in spreadsheets and CRM/reporting tools to draw out insights
