The Senior Associate, Investment is responsible for driving Orion partnerships, managing investment operations, and guiding a high-performing team. This role combines traditional investment responsibilities with a focus on revenue optimization, inventory management and scenario planning.  

Key Responsibilities 

Yield Management  

  • Balance supply and demand across inventory types to ensure efficient monetization 
  • Forecast and manage Orion inventory availability 
  • Support dynamic pricing models based on performance data and demand forecasts.  

Operational Leadership & Workflow Optimization 

  • Support Orion Select workflows within Prisma and Internal Trackers 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with taxonomies, templates, and contractual standards. 
  • Support invoice approvals, intercompany billing, and monthly reconciliation processes 

Team Management & Development 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff, ensuring they are equipped with tools and training  
  • Provide support, and conflict resolution to foster a high-performing, collaborative team  
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational innovation within the team. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Internal stakeholders to drive alignment and shared accountability. 
  • Engage with external vendors and sister agencies to support onboarding and workflow integration. 

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • 2+ years of digital media experience, preferably within programmatic or social media 
  • Proven track record in yield management, ad tech, or revenue optimization 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Prisma, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, other BI tools 
  • Strong understanding of compliance, financial processes, and media industry best practices. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
