About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Product Marketing for Email marketing & Zoapi products to support our rapidly growing product marketing team. As an associate, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes managing email databases, crafting engaging newsletters, and leveraging web technologies to drive sales growth. For Zoapi, you will be responsible for end-to-end product marketing for the unified conferencing and collaboration SaaS tool and will be a part of the larger Brand and Marketing team. This role would require you to directly work with cross-functional teams like Sales and Product.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify target audience and grow our email list
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
• Create email databases for lead generation
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target audience for B2B businesses.
• For Zoapi—be the expert on our TG, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
• Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
• Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
• Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.

Education and Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience in email marketing is required. 
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Should have worked in tools like Netcore/ Marketo/ Mailchimp or similar
• Familiarity with database tools and MS excel
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong project management skills
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
