The Opportunity 

Join our international, multidisciplinary team of dedicated Data Centre experts as we develop reliable, efficient, and sustainable solutions for both current and future digital infrastructure. You will be involved in mission-critical projects of medium to large scale, managing all phases of design—from conceptualisation through construction supervision to final handover. 

As a Senior Architect – Data Centre at Arup, you will:  

• Work as part of an international, interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers & advisors 

• Steer architect teams to develop, optimize and detail suitable, efficient, sustainable and innovative architectural solutions from Feasibility Study to Construction Supervision and Hand-Over that meet our clients demand on quality, speed to market and robustness 

• Lead the preparation and review of design deliverables 

• Inspire clients and design teams for quality and innovation 

• Coordinate with other internal and external project stakeholders including other disciplines, authorities, public service providers and international clients 

• Present Designs to clients, contractors and authorities. Have a good grasp over trends and standard methodologies in the industry 

• Connect solutions/ideas to bigger picture project and client goals 

• Constantly drive innovation, improvement and personal growth in our teams 

• Seek and inspire collaboration across the firm
