Support 2nd and 3rd level application operations using technologies like Apache Tomcat and Linux, while conducting root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• 2nd or 3rd level technical application support based on various technologies (like Apache Tomcat, Linux based Application Operation, scripting)
• ITIL based ticket administration and documentation.
• Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Participation in customer and vendor calls
• Providing on-call support
• Solving complex problems, doing Root Cause Analysis
• Technical capacity planning, performance tuning, optimization related activities
• Automation related scripting tasks and project support
• Knowledge sharing and developing.
