Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Android Application Developer to join our mobile development team. 
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kotlin and Java for native Android development, along with solid hands-on experience in Flutter cross-platform development. 
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our mobile applications, ensuring high performance and excellent user experience across Android and iOS platforms.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain Android native and Flutter-based mobile applications. 

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products. 

• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and architectural standards. 

• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness. 

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural design. 

• Integrate with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs. 

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for mobile build and deployment automation. 

• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency and user experience. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of professional experience in Android native development using Kotlin and Java. 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. 

• Strong understanding of Android application architecture and frameworks, including: 

• Activity/Fragment lifecycle and View system 

• Event handling and touch dispatch 

• Threading and concurrency (Coroutines, Handler, RxJava) 

• Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, WorkManager, Navigation) 

• Experience with modularization and scalable app architecture (MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture). 

• Solid understanding of network communication (Retrofit, OkHttp, WebSocket). 

• Familiar with dependency injection (Hilt, Dagger), image loading (Glide, Coil), and JSON parsing (Gson, Moshi). 

• Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization. 

• Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and handling signing, versioning, and obfuscatio 

Flutter Development Skills:  

• Proficient in Dart language and asynchronous programming (Futures, Streams, async/await). 

• Familiar with Flutter’s widget system, layouts, and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.). 

• Experience integrating Flutter with native Android/iOS modules using MethodChannel and EventChannel. 

• Ability to create custom Flutter plugins and reusable UI components. 

• Understanding of Flutter app performance optimization and build processes. 

• Experience building and deploying Flutter apps to both Google Play and App Store is a plus. 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) 

• Knowledge of iOS native development (Swift / Objective-C). 

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Fastlane). 

• Experience with application security (data encryption, anti-tampering, code obfuscation). 

• Good understanding of Firebase and push notification systems (FCM, APNs). 

• Fluent in reading and writing technical English documentation.
