About the role

As the Senior Analytics Engineer – Paid Media, you will be the primary point of contact for all paid media data needs. You’ll collaborate closely with both the Paid Media team and the central data team to define data models, align on key metrics, and deliver impactful insights.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning the paid media analytics domain—from ingestion to modeling to reporting.

• Leading the standardization of spend, performance, and attribution across platforms like Google Ads, Meta and others.

• Supporting campaign planning and performance review with reliable, scalable data models.

• Solving challenges around cross-channel attribution, campaign hierarchy, and consistent KPIs.

• Partnering with media teams to enable better budget decisions, testing, and channel optimization.

• Collaborating with data engineers, analytics engineers, and other domain leads to keep models clean and connected.

• Mentoring others working with Paid Media data and helping raise the bar across the organization.
