Reports to: Wayne Jin, Chief Marketing officer
We’re hiring a Senior Analyst Relations Manager to own and lead our global analyst relations strategy and drive impact across how the market understands our company, category, and technology.
You’ll work closely with product, product marketing, and executive leadership to shape analyst perception, elevate our positioning in key industry evaluations, and use analyst insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy within the data and AI observability space.
Lead global analyst relations strategy and manage high-impact research cycles across top industry firms
Build and maintain trusted relationships with influential analysts, driving consistent, compelling narratives
Translate analyst insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy, competitive positioning, and GTM alignment
5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, including deep exposure to enterprise developer tools or data infrastructure
Proven success leading major analyst evaluation cycles with measurable improvements in positioning
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Experience in data observability, data quality, data governance, or AI-related platforms
