Learn more at dnb.com/careers. Responsible for configurations on the Revenue Cloud/DocuSign platform to support business needs and order management activities. Become SME on both Revenue Cloud CPQ and DocuSign CLM. May be responsible for identifying and tracking issues as well as escalating risks related to project or system via Jira. Works independently as well as part of a team. Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary
  • Resource will partner leader to understand requirements to implement product, pricing and packaging strategies on the Revenue Cloud platform
  • Participate in design discussions regarding Revenue Cloud solution
  • Configure and unit test end to end Revenue Cloud solutions
  • With guidance, implement new and changes to existing Revenue Cloud CPQ platform, inclusive of approval workflow as needed
  • SME for CLM activities
  • Create / update DocuSign templates to support order forms and/or other agreements
  • Manage changes to DocuSign workflow
  • Finance/Operational support, inclusive of accrual processing and/or reconciliations
  • Participate in training, inclusive of job aid creation, as required
  • Support user acceptance testing
  • Education/Experience and Competencies
  • BA/BS Degree in finance and/or computer science or related plus three to five years of relevant experience
  • Quote-to-cash and/or systems knowledge a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of application design, application configuration, test processes a plus
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to re-prioritization in a rapidly changing environment
  • Job Requirements/Essential Functions
  • Ability to sit, speak and operate telephone and/or computer for long periods of time
  • Ability to handle pressure, stressful conditions, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
