In 2022, Ro was listed as a CNBC Disruptor 50.  As a Senior Inventory Control Analyst, you will oversee all aspects of inventory management across multiple locations within our ERP system. You will have a detailed understanding of the different types of inventory movements and their impacts across the network.  You’ll work closely with our pharmacies to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures (P&P). Additionally, you will develop and manage reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement. Who are you? Great question.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve existing inventory control processes, developing new procedures as needed.
  • Support the Supply Chain team by providing essential inventory-on-hand reports for processes such as Demand and Supply Planning.
  • Oversee daily Sales Order processing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage ERP system maintenance and network-wide inventory exceptions, including negative on-hand balances, past-due goods receipts, and shipping audits.
  • Provide training and tools to cross-functional teams to enhance inventory control practices.
  • Assist the pharmacy network with daily inventory challenges and ad hoc requests.
  • Develop actionable reporting based on inventory exceptions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the pharmacy cycle count process and generate reports on shrink, accuracy, and variance to identify areas for optimization.
  • Conduct regular stockroom audits to maintain system accuracy.
  • Support end-of-month reporting requirements for the Accounting team.
  • Participate in annual physical inventories at pharmacy and warehouse locations.
  • What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain or operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate level).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively via email, chat, phone, and in person.

  • The target base salary for this position ranges from $88,000 to $105,000 in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.”

For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
