Get to Know our Team
The role sits within the Central Operations and Analytics Team under the Supply department, where new business ideas are incubated and scaled. This role is suited for those with experience in analytics within business development, business strategy and performance management, and with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The role will support the Agoda Homes branch of the business.
Agoda Homes – a core business line within Agoda – supports a wide range of non-hotel accommodation types, including serviced apartments, homes, private villas, farm stays, chalets, boats, and many more. While these accommodations were always available on Agoda, a changing market demands more focus on increasing supply and elevating their quality.
The Opportunity:
As a Lead, Supply Performance and Analytics, the key objective is to drive the overall business development strategy for Agoda Homes across our key markets. You will be responsible for analyzing data and trends, identifying growth opportunities, and owning the performance management of commercial teams across 10+ markets. You will help us define our strategy, set goals, and deliver impactful business insights.
The role entails analyzing and synthesizing insights leveraging data, scanning the competitive landscape, and spotting trends to ideate, plan and execute experiments or improvements as needed, and defining what good execution looks like. You should be analytical and data-driven, with a strong ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate with different teams, and build recommendations that enable the business to grow.
