As a Senior Analyst, you will be collaborating with: 

·        Administration of the Company’s financial systems (general ledger and financial reporting software)

·        Planning, preparation and issuance of all Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including filings on Forms 10Q, 10K, 8K and press releases as well as financial statement schedules and disclosures

·        Preparing various supporting schedules, reconciliations and analysis, including coordination with segment accountants and others in the organization to assist as necessary (review of workpaper packages prepared by those individuals)

·        Preparing subsidiary financial statements and other information requirements associated with debt compliance, regulatory and investor reporting, as applicable

·        Providing support in completing monthly consolidation process

·        Supporting interactions with external and internal auditors with respect to financial reporting and debt compliance functions

·        Maintaining a system of internal controls that is Sarbanes-Oxley compliant

·        Completion of ad-hoc special projects as requested by supervisor, including certain management reporting projects

·        Maintaining timely communication with supervisors; keeping them informed of all material financial and reporting issues.

 

Key Result Areas:

·        Meet the tight - external and internal - timelines of reporting,

·        Improve quality of schedules supporting financial statements, and

·        Assist with documentation of current processes.

- Recent graduates or advanced Accounting students. 

- 2 to 3 years of working experience in auditing or accounting firms. 

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups, providing them guidance and support.

- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are required as well as close attention to detail.

- Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines.

- Organize and manage priorities effectively, while operating independently

- Advanced English level, strong command in oral and written communication.
