Key Responsibilities:

Web Operations & Content Management

  • Manage and publish global and localized web content and campaign pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Ensure all web assets meet brand, accessibility, compliance, and metadata standards.
  • Collaborate with UX/design and development teams to resolve front-end issues using basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Maintain governance, workflows, and approvals using Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket for process traceability and version control.

Paid Media & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with media agencies and creative teams to support go-to-market launches and integrated marketing programs.
  • Support with implementation of campaign tracking, tagging, and pixel validation using Adobe Analytics and tag management systems.
  • Drive A/B testing and personalization initiatives using Dynamic Yield or equivalent tools.
  • Partner with internal business units to define search goals, track performance, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console to track search performance and conversion paths.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance organic and paid visibility, landing page performance, and overall search ROI.
  • Monitor campaign health, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and ensure conversion and attribution accuracy.

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor site traffic, engagement, and conversion of KPIs.
  • Analyze customer journeys, funnel performance, and search-to-conversion behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for marketing, product, and UX teams.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance SEO/SEM-driven traffic quality and conversion performance.

​​​​​​​Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

  • Act as a liaison between marketing, analytics, product, and technology teams for campaign delivery and web operations.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables using Jira/Confluence in an agile marketing setup.
  • Support process documentation, reporting frameworks, and workflow standardization for operational efficiency.
  • Participate in retrospectives, quarterly business reviews, and digital strategy discussions to drive continuous improvement.

Core Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, search marketing (SEO/SEM), web operations, or performance analytics.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira etc.
  • Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or digital payments sector preferred.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of search marketing strategy, and technical SEO fundamentals. Tools Google Ads, Facebook etc
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console (optional), Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor issues in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in building dashboards and interpreting user behavior metrics.
