We’re looking for a self-driven, analytically minded Sr. Analyst, Business Strategy and Operations to join our Supply Chain team focused on In-Home services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and is passionate about optimizing processes, driving compliance, and strengthening vendor relationships.

You’ll play a critical role in streamlining workflows, enhancing store compliance across 2,300+ retail locations, and managing reporting that delivers actionable insights. You’ll also own key OEM partnerships and collaborate with internal and external teams to improve network performance and partner value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement workflow improvements to reduce touchpoints and introduce automation where possible.
  • Store Compliance: Coordinate with Creative, Field, and external teams to drive compliance across thousands of retail stores.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop and manage reporting tools that improve visibility, support compliance efforts, and deliver mutual value to SquareTrade and its partners.
  • Vendor Management: Own relationships with OEMs and collaborate with internal Network teams to optimize vendor performance and strengthen partnerships.
  • BA or BS required; advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or vendor management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SQL or data visualization tools are a plus.
  • Experience working with Retailers, OEMs, Part Distributors, and Technician Networks.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive outcomes independently.
