Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst – Accounting to
manage core accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support
month-end and year-end close processes. The role requires strong analytical skills,
process orientation, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities
�� Accounting & Book Closure
 Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
 Ensure accurate recording of transactions in line with accounting
standards
 Review journal entries, accruals, and provisions
�� Reconciliations
 Perform and review:
o Balance sheet reconciliations
o Bank reconciliations
o Intercompany reconciliations
 Investigate and resolve discrepancies
�� Compliance & Audit
 Support:
o Statutory audit
o Internal audit
o Tax audit
 Provide schedules and documentation
�� Process Improvement
 Identify opportunities for:
o Automation
o Process optimization
 Work on improving controls and documentation

Key Skills & Competencies
 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
 Expertise in Excel (advanced)
 Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
 Analytical mindset with attention to detail
 Good communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications
 3–6 years of relevant experience (you can tweak based on level)
 Experience in startup / dynamic environment is a plus
