Accountabilities
Design and implement comprehensive ALM frameworks and processes.

Adapt enterprise-level ALM processes to meet evolving business objectives.
Enhance financial resilience of retirement plans and annuity products.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in ALM or related investments.
Strong knowledge of stable value products and fixed income assets.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, actuarial science, or related fields.
Expertise in ALM industry practices and risk management.
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent designation preferred.
Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects.
