We are looking for a senior-level Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives. This role combines delivery expertise with strategic consulting — enabling business units to adopt AI solutions that enhance productivity, reduce cost, and support data-driven decisions.

You’ll work directly with department heads to design and implement long-term AI roadmaps, working closely with data leaders and delivery teams to ensure sustainable success.

Requirements

YOU WILL

• Act as a transformation lead for business-driven AI programs across functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Operations)
• Develop and maintain a scalable portfolio of AI initiatives mapped to strategic goals
• Design governance frameworks for AI implementation, use-case prioritization, and funding models
• Lead enterprise change and adoption efforts, including training and enablement
• Build business cases and define measurable success criteria and adoption metrics

YOU NEED

• 7+ years in project/program management with 3+ years in AI transformation or data/tech consulting
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe or equivalent certifications required
• Experience in large-scale digital or AI/ML transformation projects
• Understanding of AI maturity models, innovation portfolios, and value-driven adoption
• Stakeholder engagement expertise at C-level and operational layers
