Key Responsibility:

• Designed and delivered a 1.5-day blended learning AI Masterclass

• Facilitated in-person and virtual training sessions, combining instructor-led learning with digital content

• Delivered practical insights on AI fundamentals, machine learning, generative AI, and industrial use cases

• Led interactive workshops, case studies, and discussions to drive real-world AI adoption

• Explain AI strategy, implementation approaches, and responsible AI practices in a clear and engaging manner

Requirements

● Ability to translate complex data science concepts into actionable "shop floor" logic, focusing on immediate ROI and

operational problem-solving in addition to academic theory.

● Methodological Versatility in Blended Learning: They need the ability to facilitate a "Flipped Classroom" environment, effectively using digital deep dives for technical skill-building and onsite workshops for hands-on use case development.

● Situational Adaptability: The ability to pivot the training content in real-time to address spontaneous questions and specific technical challenges arising from the participants' unique work environment.

Machine Learning

● Industrial Analytics: Proven experience in Predictive Maintenance, Anomaly Detection, Classification and Clustering both in terms of transferring the Machine Learning knowledge to the group and practical state-of-the-art use case

●Proficiency in no-code / visual programming tools (e.g., KNIME) with the ability to teach visual programming concepts that enable engineers to build AI and data-driven use cases without writing code

GenAI & Agentic AI

● Deep Dive LLM: Mastery of Transformer architectures, Work embeddings and RAG including the companies own ChatBot environment

● Agentic Frameworks: Practical knowledge of autonomous systems that can execute tasks, use tools, and query databases independently.

● Limitations & Ethics: Ability to teach methods to mitigate hallucinations and ensure data privacy.
