CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an experienced and technically minded Senior AI Technical Producer to join our Warsaw team and help lead the development and delivery of AI-driven solutions that will shape the next generation of immersive gameplay and tools. In this role, you’ll manage cross-functional projects that enhance player experience, game development pipelines, and the creative capabilities of our teams.
Daily Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation to align with studio-wide priorities.
- Secure and coordinate key resources, including AI engineers, domain experts, QA, and infrastructure support.
- Foster communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality AI solutions.
- Track project progress, proactively address risks, and adapt plans to evolving technical and production needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between development teams, leadership, and external partners, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
- Strike the right balance between R&D and production/delivery of AI solutions to game development teams.
- Manage project budgets.
- Work closely with QA teams and external technology providers to ensure AI systems meet performance, stability, and usability standards.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI and game development, assess their relevance, and drive informed implementation decisions.
- 5+ years’ experience managing AI or technical projects in the game development industry or a closely related tech field.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, their implementation in games, and associated development workflows.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to bridge technical knowledge and creative vision, translating between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
- A continuous learning mindset and adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments.
Working mode
Hybrid or full-time in-office in our Warsaw office.
