Senior AI Solutions Consultant - Australia

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company, as DSG Australia grows its footprint in the Australian and APAC region. We are looking for candidates with the ambition and passion for AI to join our team as a Senior AI Business Consultant. As part of a tech start-up operating at the edge of AI, you will have the opportunity to help shape how we continue to deliver AI transformation solutions including AI management, risk governance and monitoring. You will be joining a small Australian team that was formed in 2022 with strong ambitions of growth.

You will work with clients and the DSG team to:

• Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand their objectives, vision for AI, and business challenges to design pragmatic solutions and business strategies to address them
• Define and document business processes, and decision models to enable the integration of AI capabilities to enable transformative business outcomes
• Guide and advise clients throughout the process of defining business requirements that inform AI solutions. Including the design and development of business solution artefacts and documents.
• Lead workshops and client sessions with business, AI, data science, and technology stakeholders in some of the largest enterprise businesses in the region
• Craft creative executive narratives that communicate complex AI issues and concepts into simple, yet sophisticated perspectives and presentations
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership on various AI topics including the scaled management of AI in risk, value and transformation

Requirements

You are someone who likely has:

• A good and up-to-date understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and their emerging applications in businesses
• The aptitude to thrive in ambiguity inherent to the emerging technology industry and startup businesses, and that you enjoy catching multiple balls and wearing multiple hats
• The ability to critically assess and synthesise complex information into insights and real business implications
• A passion for exercising your creativity in developing new ways of thinking and in challenging traditional conventions when appropriate
• A growth mindset in your approach to your work and career
• Excellent oral, visual, and written communication skills
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and/or business transformation roles – preferably in the domain of AI, data science and decisioning
• Must be eligible to work in Australia and located ideally in Melbourne. Sydney will be also considered.
