Senior AI Solution Engineer (Technical Focus)

We're seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to deliver impactful Gen AI solutions and drive technical success for our customers. Your role will focus on aligning Aitomatic’s product offerings with customer needs, balancing innovation with practical implementation and support. While occasional deployment support may be required, the primary emphasis will be on Gen AI innovation and customer success. About the Role:

• Drive Technical Success: Ensure product capabilities meet customer goals and mitigate project risks.
• AI Innovation: Design Gen AI systems for industrial applications, staying updated with Gen AI, machine learning, and data science trends.
• Technical Collaboration: Define problem statements, create impactful solutions, oversee project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and quality assurance.
• Hands-On Support: Work with technical teams to deliver solutions efficiently. Assist with onboarding, initial implementation, account setup, knowledge organization, and agent creation.
• Technical Training and Solutions: Provide tailored technical solutions and training. Support continuous Q&A improvement.

What Makes You a Good Fit: 

Must-Have: 

• Experience in building and deploying Gen AI solutions from concept to production, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Experience with Gen AI, including GANs, VAEs, and other generative techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs like GPT, BERT. Ability to fine-tune and optimize these
  models.
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Experience with tools like Langchain, LlamaIndex, RAG, fine-tuning, and prompting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Proficient in data analysis for strategic decision-making.

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in start-ups or dynamic tech environments.
• Skilled in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud services.
• Proven track record in enhancing customer success and relationships.
• Knowledge of industrial AI applications and their challenges.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Education:

A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline is preferred, with a specialization in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science highly valued. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and significant, relevant experience in Gen AI and machine learning environments are also encouraged to apply.
