Senior AI Product Owner

Let's start with the role

As a Product Owner of one of our AI platform teams, you will drive the vision and strategy for our internal Machine Learning platform. In this role, you will  product mindset and agile principles to build the Data and ML platform that empowers our internal Data Scientists and ML Engineers. Your mission is to maximize the team’s productivity by removing friction and enabling them deploy resilient, scalable and reliable models to production. This is a unique position that combines technical product ownership skills with a deep understanding of the ML development lifecycle in a high-scale environment.

 As an AI Product Owner in the Platform Team, you will:

• Shape the AI platform’s vision and strategy
• Collaborate with our global AI team to discover and define high impact MLOps and data products (e.g. for model serving, observability, feature stores)
• Own and maintain the ΑΙ platform backlog, ensuring impact-driven prioritization, problem validation and alignment with internal stakeholders
• Facilitate and lead the discovery process by running user research sessions and analysing development workflows 
• Drive platform adoption by communicating product updates to our internal teams and ensuring the platform solves the operational challenges of our teams
• Define and track platform success metrics (such as cycle time, adoption rate, time-to-deploy, system reliability) in conjunction with product analysts
• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team translating technical problems into clear actionable user stories
• Create PRDs, epics, experiments and associated documentation;

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a product role within technology, ideally in a B2B, Platform, or Technical Product role
• Understanding of the AI development lifecycle;
• Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint customer/business challenges and identify improvements to address them;
• Solid experience with agile methodologies;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams;
• A background in technology, machine learning or software development is considered a plus;
• Previous experience with product lean startup or design thinking will be considered an advantage.
