In This Role

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of AI product management and technical program leadership, driving the modernization of complex enterprise business processes through agentic AI solutions. You will partner with Legal Affairs and Philanthropies stakeholders, technologists, and executive sponsors to identify high‑impact opportunities—particularly within contract management—and lead the delivery of scalable, enterprise‑grade AI capabilities. Acting as part of an internal product organization, you will translate business needs into technical AI features, align cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful delivery from concept through rollout.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply analyze and understand enterprise contracting and related business processes to identify opportunities for AI‑driven transformation
  • Define product and program scope in close collaboration with business stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Author detailed, high‑quality technical requirements and feature definitions for AI and agentic AI solutions
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to guide design decisions and ensure high‑quality delivery
  • Drive end‑to‑end execution using disciplined product development and technical program management practices
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, issue triage, and validation of outcomes
  • Develop rollout plans, change management approaches, and operational procedures for deployed solutions
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across a large, matrixed organization
  • Communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes through written updates and presentations to steering committees and senior sponsors

Qualifications (Required)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management and/or technical program management roles
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building AI products, including writing features and requirements specifically for AI solutions
  • Demonstrated experience transforming business processes using AI, ideally including agentic or autonomous AI systems
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in large, enterprise‑scale, matrixed environments requiring cross‑organizational alignment
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with business and technical stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Strong technical depth across the AI stack, with the ability to translate business needs into technical features
  • Experience delivering large‑scale, multi‑platform technology or business application solutions
  • Strong judgment and adaptability in dynamic environments with competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • Experience specifically within contract management, legal operations, or highly regulated business domains
  • Prior work delivering AI solutions that modernize enterprise workflows or operational user experiences
  • Demonstrated success influencing without authority in complex organizational structures
  • Experience presenting to executive steering committees or senior sponsors

 

Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
 
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $155,000-$168,000 USD annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
