The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing scalable, production-grade multi-agent systems, implementing advanced reasoning capabilities, and building robust, secure, and intelligent AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & System Design

Designing multi-agent architectures (supervisor, hierarchical, collaborative patterns)
Building fault-tolerant, production-grade agent systems with error recovery, fallback strategies, and human-in-the-loop escalation
Architecting scalable RAG systems (hybrid search, query decomposition, agentic retrieval)
Designing agent evaluation and benchmarking frameworks from scratch
Security and safety patterns for autonomous agents (sandboxing, permission scoping, content filtering)

Advanced Agent Capabilities

Complex workflow orchestration — agents that plan, delegate, self-correct, and iterate
Multi-modal agent development (vision, audio, document understanding)
Implementing advanced reasoning patterns (ReAct, reflection, tree-of-thought, self-critique loops)
Building custom tool ecosystems — MCP servers, plugin architectures, dynamic tool selection
Knowledge graph integration and structured knowledge management for agents
Fine-tuning and distillation of models for domain-specific agent behaviors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
2- 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs or agent-based systems
Strong experience in system design and scalable architecture
Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks
Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases
Familiarity with model fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment
