We are currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in the Innovation Department. As a Senior AI Engineer you will be responsible for driving innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading technical initiatives in the robotics domain that impact our company’s strategic goals.

Resposnibilities

Oversee AI-based initiatives from conception to execution. Improve and optimize AI systems for dependability, scalability, and performance.
Design and implement deep learning (LLM, Computer Vision) pipelines.
Keep up on the most recent developments in AI technology and research in robotics domain and beyond.
Work together with teams with diverse backgrounds (mechanical engineers, robotics engineers , electronics etc).
Provide technical leadership & strategic R&D roadmapin AI/ML and mentor younger engineers.
Technical Management of EU funded and other R&D projects.
Translating user needs into technical AI/ML solutions and drafting relevant technical reports/deliverables
Verify adherence to ethical AI norms and data privacy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
1+ year of experience in team management
Experience with AI domains (computer vision, NLP, LLMs)
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++.
Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
Deployment on edge devices (eg. NVDIA Jetson)
Experience in model deployment technologies (TensorRT, ONNX)
Experience with Docker , Git
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication with other members of the team
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Experience in ROS, ROS2 (nice to have)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). (nice to have)
