Senior AI Efficiency Architect & Evangelist

Lead the adoption of AI/ML tools in the Software Development Lifecycle across teams while enhancing developer efficiency through hands-on engagement and autonomy.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an extroverted individual who will be the leading voice and technical consultant, accelerating the adoption and effective application of AI/ML tools and practices across every stage of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within all LeoVegas development teams. The main focus of the role is on AI strategy, cross-team adoption, training and technical leadership.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with outstanding communication skills and thrives in front of diverse technical audiences.
Your Mission
Drive the effective and responsible adoption of AI/ML tools across every stage of the SDLC - from design and coding to testing, CI/CD, and release management.
You will work hands-on with engineering teams, translate AI potential into practical workflows, and ensure AI usage delivers measurable improvements in speed, quality, and developer experience.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Global AI Evangelism & Workshops: Regularly travel to and embed within various development teams (on-site or remote) to conduct hands-on workshops, lead design sessions, and provide tailored technical guidance on leveraging AI for efficiency. Demonstrate real-world use cases and practical AI integration patterns.
- Technical Consulting & Strategy: Act as the principal technical consultant for development teams seeking to integrate AI tools (e.g., code generation, testing, analysis, documentation) into their workflows.
- Decisive Leadership & Autonomy: Possess the technical acumen and confidence to make independent, high-impact decisions regarding AI tool selection, integration patterns, and best practices.
- Feedback Loop & Internal Product Management: Gather direct, qualitative feedback from development teams to inform the Engineering Efficiency team's roadmap and prioritize internal AI tooling needs.

Documentation & Training: Create high-quality, engaging, and accessible documentation, tutorials, and training materials to lower the barrier to entry for AI tool adoption across the organization.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Deep technical expertise: proven background in software engineering, with significant experience in applying AI/ML concepts to practical SDLC problems (e.g., LLMOps, prompt engineering, integrating code assistants, static analysis).
- Exceptional communication skills that allow clear articulation and comfort presenting complex technical concepts to both executive and engineer-level audiences.
- Influence & leadership: ability to lead without direct authority, driving change and adoption through influence, trust, and demonstrating clear technical value.
- Autonomy: proven ability to manage a wide scope of responsibilities, prioritize a travel/consulting schedule, and operate with significant independence.
- SDLC Mastery: comprehensive understanding of modern SDLC practices (CI/CD, DevOps, testing methodologies, release management) in a large-scale enterprise environment.
