NPX is seeking a Senior AI Developer to help lead the design and delivery of AI agents that automate administrative workflows within workforce and performance management systems. In this role, you will help shape architecture, guide development practices, and ensure agent reliability and scalability across deployments.
You will help translate high-level vision into actionable technical direction, break complex work into deliverable components, and support other developers in producing solutions.
Tech Stack: React, Next.js, Python, Azure, Minio, Weaviate, Ollama, Postgres, Redis
Salary Range: $130-160k (Exact compensation may vary).
