🧠 The Role  

NPX is seeking a Senior AI Developer to help lead the design and delivery of AI agents that automate administrative workflows within workforce and performance management systems. In this role, you will help shape architecture, guide development practices, and ensure agent reliability and scalability across deployments. 

You will help translate high-level vision into actionable technical direction, break complex work into deliverable components, and support other developers in producing solutions.  

Tech Stack: React, Next.js, Python, Azure, Minio, Weaviate, Ollama, Postgres, Redis 

Salary Range: $130-160k (Exact compensation may vary).

• Convert operational needs and leadership direction into clear architectures, deliverables, and agent capabilities. 
• Maintain and evolve core agent frameworks, ensuring changes propagate consistently, and data integrity is preserved. 
• Break work into executable increments, assign resources, and ensure timely, aligned delivery. 
• Guide intermediate and junior developers in workflow design, coding standards, testing, and reliability practices. 
• Communicate trade-offs and technical considerations to non-technical stakeholders, and propose alternatives when constraints arise.
