We’re seeking a hands-on Senior AI & Data Engineer to build intelligent applications and data pipelines on Azure. You’ll work closely with the architect and business teams to develop models, engineer data flows, and deploy AI solutions that solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and fine-tune AI models using Azure ML and Azure OpenAI.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Databricks.
  • Collaborate on prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
  • Implement MLOps workflows for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Python, ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and Azure ML.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks).
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI.
  • Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and containerization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, SQL Server).
  • Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or time-series modeling.
  • Microsoft certifications in AI or Data Engineering.
