Senior AI & Data Consultant - Telco focus

What Will You Do?

• Lead AI-enabled digital transformation – Act as a senior consultant, driving large-scale digital and AI transformation initiatives on a complex telco transformation program that includes advanced AI and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases.

• Bridge Business, AI, and Technology – Translate business and operational challenges into AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment between telco domain needs, data platforms, enterprise IT solutions and GenAI capabilities.

• Advise Senior Stakeholders – Work closely with C-level executives and senior leaders on the client side, supporting strategic decision-making around AI adoption, operating model changes, regulatory considerations, and value realization.

• Drive Roadmaps & Execution – Support the definition of transformation roadmaps, project scopes, and execution plans, ensuring measurable business outcomes and timely delivery.

• Deliver Digital, Data & AI Solutions – Contribute to data visualization, analytics, model development, and AI application rollouts, ensuring solutions integrate smoothly into enterprise systems.

What You Need to Apply

• 4–5 years of experience in digital transformation, AI-driven consulting, or data-focused product roles
• Experience in enterprise IT system implementation, preferably in telecommunications, including the assessment, design, and planning of complex enterprise IT landscapes.
• Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and practical Generative AI applications
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and support C-level discussions
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn business problems into AI-enabled solutions
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client-facing communication skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• High adaptability, structured thinking, and a proactive consulting mindset

Nice to Have:

• Background at a Big 4 consultancy or strategy/technology advisory role
• Hands-on exposure to Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory environments
