The opportunity 

Urban Sports Club is building the most innovative Creative Studio in the wellbeing industry — a place where human creativity and machine intelligence work together.

As Senior AI Creative Expert, you’ll strengthen the intelligence layer of our Creative Studio by embedding AI, testing, and creative measurement across campaigns, channels, and departments.
You’ll combine design craft, systems thinking, and technological curiosity to help our teams create smarter, faster, and more insight-driven work.

This is an expert-level, hands-on role — not a people manager — ideal for someone with deep creative experience and a passion for applying AI to real business challenges. You’ll report to the Head of Creative Studio and collaborate closely with Growth, Brand Marketing, Content Intelligence, and Product Design, as well as external creative partners.

What you will do

• Build and maintain AI workflows, prompt libraries, and automation scripts that accelerate creative production and quality
• Explore emerging tools (text-to-image, motion, layout, video, localization) and translate them into practical applications for design and content teams
• Define brand-safe guardrails and ensure AI-assisted work consistently reflects the USC identity
• Define creative KPIs and measurement frameworks with Growth, Brand, to link creativity to performance outcomes, and summarizing insights in monthly reports
• Support Performance Marketing and CRM teams with scalable, data-informed creative solutions and collaborate with Content Intelligence on aligning visual experimentation with narrative and message testing
• Curate and document the Studio’s AI tool stack; establish governance and standards
• Conduct short trainings and internal demos to upskill designers, writers, marketers and collaborate with external creative partners to optimize asset production, localization, and quality assurance
• Build dashboards and trackers linking creative decisions to campaign engagement and ROI and help the wider Marketing organization understand which creative elements drive the strongest business results

What you will need to succeed

• You have at least 7 years experience in digital design, creative direction, motion, or marketing technology — ideally spanning both brand and performance environments
• You are hands-on fluency with modern AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, Sora, etc.) and automation workflows
• You have a strong ability to interpret creative performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement metrics) and convert insights into visual direction
• You are an expert of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; working knowledge of collaboration and data tools (Notion, Sheets, Looker Studio a plus)
• You have a strategic and structured mindset with high curiosity for innovation and experimentation
• You conduct excellent collaboration and communication skills across creative, technical, and business teams
• You bring excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
