The team
The Low-code Factory sits inside Believe's Product team with full leadership support.
Our mission is to identify where time is wasted, build automated solutions that fix it, and help teams own their tools. We're a team of 4 Product Builders and 1 Lead . Everyone ships, no one just advises. You'll work closely with Product Managers to co-design and deliver solutions, from scoping to production.
What you'll do
50% — Build
Design, deploy and maintain automation flows using n8n as your primary tool.
Connect APIs, databases and third-party systems.
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent) to move faster and tackle more complex builds.
Implement QA, alerting and documentation as part of every workflow.
Manage staging and production environments.
50% — Research & solution design
Shadow teams and interview stakeholders to spot the highest-impact productivity gains.
Design solutions with clear effort estimates and measurable ROI.
Contribute to the Low-code Factory backlog alongside Product Managers.
Evangelization & training
Coach teams on new tools./ open office, etc.
Share wins and best practices across the org.
Help people maintain their own workflows safely.
Proven track record deploying complex n8n automations in a real company environment, not just side projects (API integrations, security constraints, production volumes).
Comfortable with APIs, security conversations, and stakeholder management in the same week.
You use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf…) as a daily habit, not an experiment.
You've introduced new tools or processes in an established organization and navigated the friction that comes with it.
Fluent in English & French.
Nice to have
Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Atlassian.
Experience with RAG or LLM-based workflows.
