X UP Brands operates 8+ global e-commerce brands with a distributed team of 60+ employees. We specialize in Amazon-first businesses and are building an internal AI automation layer to power faster execution, smarter decisions, and fewer manual bottlenecks.
We are hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI agents and automations used daily across our brands and departments.
Your Mission
Design and deploy production-ready AI agents and automations that operate 24/7 across X UP Brands — reducing manual work, improving decision-making, and connecting our systems into a single intelligent operating layer.
What You Will Build
- Persistent internal AI agents (e.g. “Clawbot”) with access to approved internal data
- Automations for:
- Product Research & Development
- Creative briefs, feedback loops, and QA
- Amazon PPC insights & anomaly detection
- SEO keyword clustering & listing optimization
- Inventory forecasting & reorder alerts
- Daily / weekly reporting dashboards
- API integrations across Amazon, Shopify, internal tools, and data sources
- Event-driven systems that surface issues proactively
Requirements
Required Experience (Must-Have)
- 4–6+ years building production software or automation systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Experience building AI agents or multi-step workflows
- Strong Python experience
- API integrations, webhooks, and workflow orchestration
- Ability to turn manual SOPs into automated systems
Strong Plus (Not Required)
- Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce systems experience
- n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom automation frameworks
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Data pipelines, SQL, dashboards
- Startup or fast-growth environment experience
