What You'll Be Doing: 

• Responsible for the daily execution of community governance tasks, including content moderation, violation identification, risk documentation, and case handling. 负责社区治理相关工作的日常执行，包括内容审核、违规识别、风险记录与处置
• Drive overall community governance and content moderation strategies to continuously improve content quality, compliance standards, and user experience. 推动社区整体治理与内容审核策略，持续提升社区内容质量、合规性与用户体验
• Focus on core community content scenarios, including post creation in community forums, comment interactions, and external information sources (such as KOL content), conducting review, assessment, and governance actions. 重点覆盖社区核心内容场景：社区广场发帖、评论互动、外部信息源（如 KOL 内容）等的审核、判断与治理
• Continuously optimize community governance processes, moderation guidelines, and documentation mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency and consistency, supporting scalable operations. 持续优化社区治理流程、审核规范与记录机制，提升治理效率与一致性，支持规模化运营

What We Look For in You:

• Familiar with community products and user behavior, with a clear understanding of community governance rules, content moderation processes, and standardized frameworks. 熟悉社区产品与用户行为，对社区治理规则、内容审核流程及标准化体系有清晰理解
• Experience in community operations, content moderation, or risk control-related roles. 拥有社区运营、内容审核或风控相关经验
• Strong logical reasoning and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and accurately articulate moderation decisions, governance explanations, and policy documentation. 具备扎实的逻辑分析能力与文字表达能力，能清晰、准确地输出审核判断、治理说明与规范文档
• Good cross-functional communication skills, capable of driving policy implementation and problem resolution in complex environments. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能够在复杂环境中推动规则落地与问题解决
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with China Mandarin speaking counterparts. 具备优秀的英语及中文口语和书写能力，能够与中文用户进行沟通与协作
