Position Summary


We are looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our affiliate marketing efforts for our fast-growing online casino brands. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of the online gambling industry and affiliate marketing landscape.


The Senior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing, optimising, and scaling the affiliate programme, ensuring strong commercial performance, compliance, and alignment with the brand. Working closely with the Head of Casino Brand, Growth & Operations, you will:

  • Develop and nurture high-performing affiliate relationships
  • Identify and act on new growth opportunities
  • Optimise affiliate deals and campaigns to maximise ROI
  • Contribute to the overall acquisition and brand strategy using data and performance insights

This is a hands-on, strategic role with significant impact on the growth and profitability of our casino brands.


Key Responsibilities


Duties will include but are not limited to: 


  • Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliates, including recruitment, relationship management, and performance optimisation.
  • Develop and execute strategies and budgets to grow the affiliate network across various markets.
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate activity, providing reports, insights, and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Negotiate competitive contracts and commission structures, including CPA, hybrid, and RevShare models.
  • Ensure affiliates are equipped with updated creatives, offers, and tracking assets.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver localised and conversion-optimised materials.
  • Work with the CRM team to align campaigns, promotions, and bonuses with affiliate channels.
  • Ensure affiliate marketing activities comply with regulatory, brand, and responsible gaming requirements.
  • Represent the brand at industry conferences when required.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates to provide informed recommendations on best practices.
  • Oversee affiliate payment processes, ensuring commissions are disbursed accurately and on schedule.
  • Develop, manage, and scale the affiliate programme across multiple markets and channels.
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities and growth verticals.
  • Optimise affiliate campaigns and deals to maximise revenue and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Address underperforming partners and implement corrective action.
  • Define and monitor affiliate KPIs, including traffic, conversions, revenue, and LTV.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimisation strategies.
  • Present regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Use analytics to inform commercial and acquisition strategy.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to manage risk and maintain standards.
  • Monitor affiliate content and activity for adherence to guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven experience owning, managing, and scaling affiliate programmes with strong commercial results.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, casino operations, and the iGaming ecosystem.
  • Negotiation and relationship management skills, including experience managing CPA, hybrid, and revenue share models.
  • Highly analytical with experience working with data, KPIs, reporting, and performance insights, including the ability to assess traffic quality, ROI, and long-term customer value.
  • Experience using affiliate platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
