What We are looking for

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our affiliate marketing strategies. You will identify, recruit and manage affiliate partners, driving engagement and conversions through innovative campaigns and exceptional support.

What you will work on

• Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company goals
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners
• Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Prepare reports on affiliate performance and growth strategies for senior management
  

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the gaming or gambling industry
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
