Senior Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliate team, where you will drive the growth and performance of strategic affiliate partnerships across ROW markets. You will play a key role in developing and managing high-value affiliate relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring strong commercial performance across LeoVegas Group brands.

You will be responsible for overseeing affiliate performance, negotiating and optimising commercial agreements, and ensuring accurate tracking, campaign execution, and ROI optimisation. Working closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Brand, BI, AdOps, Compliance, and Country teams, you will ensure affiliates are fully aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will also support strategic planning, performance reporting, and continuous deal optimisation, while maintaining strong industry relationships through networking and events. This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven, relationship-focused affiliate professional to take ownership within a fast-paced, international iGaming environment while reporting to the Team Leader Affiliation.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Building and developing relationships with assigned affiliate partners across ROW + Germany.
• Actively searching for and acquiring new affiliate partners.
• Managing strategic and key affiliate accounts.
• Setting up / requesting reward plans with AdOps and making sure tracking etc. works correctly.
• Working closely with all assigned Affiliate Partners to ensure they have everything they need to push (brands of) LeoVegas to the maximum potential.
• Responsible for the overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimizing deals and campaigns.
• Monitoring affiliate performance daily to make sure development is steady and positive. Any irregularities should be followed up on with the affiliate partner.
• Alignment with internal stakeholders such as Country / Marketing / Brand Managers, BI, Compliance, etc.
• Ensuring a positive ROI from Affiliation and re-negotiating agreements where necessary.
• Reporting on results, performance, and challenges on a regular daily/weekly basis to the Team Leader Affiliation.
• Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up to date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, and links.
• Following any legal changes / requirements and making sure all Affiliate partners are compliant.
• Maintaining personal networks by participating in conferences and industry events.
• Building and developing all brands within the LeoVegas Group.
• Reporting directly to the Team Leader Affiliation.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within Affiliation.
• Verifiable knowledge / experience in Canada, Ontario, the Netherlands, and Germany is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in managing key affiliate accounts.
• Knowledge of tracking systems.
• Fluent in English; Any other language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
