In this role, you’ll support employees and leaders through nuanced HR matters: immigration, leaves, compliance, benefits and much more. All while strengthening the consistency and quality of our people operations!
You’ll join a transforming HR Shared Services team, contributing to process redesign, automation, and documentation, all with the goal of making our operations as efficient and frictionless as possible for our employees. As a trusted advisor, you’ll tackle complex files, elevate team practices, and bring curiosity, resilience, and fresh thinking to an evolving ecosystem that depends on strong partnership and scalable solutions.
