(Senior/Advanced) Software Engineer – DevOps

Snke OS is developing and maintaining a wide range of software applications and frameworks for medical use. Our technology stack includes TypeScript , C#, C++ and other languages, and we work with network protocols such as REST, gRPC, and DICOM. 
 
As a (Senior/Advanced) Software Engineer DevOps, you will play a key role in enabling our teams to develop, verify, and deploy high-quality software efficiently. You will design and maintain the development infrastructure, toolchains, and environments that support our software lifecycle—from coding to deployment. 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain our software development infrastructure, including GitHub, Perforce, Artifactory, and proprietary systems 
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers and team leads to optimize development workflows and CI/CD pipelines 
  • Implement automation solutions using GitHub Actions, branching strategies, deployment scripts, and integration of container registries and package managers 
  • Design and build internal development tools that integrate seamlessly with our ecosystem  
  • Support deployment processes for both on-premise and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) 
  • Manage and evolve our development platforms from an R&D perspective 
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience 
  • Solid experience with DevOps tools and platforms for GitHub/GitLab. Experience with Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, CloudFormation is a plus.  
  • Familiarity with build systems and languages: C++, C#, JavaScript, CMake, MSBuild 
  • Experience with package managers: vcpkg, npm 
  • Proficient in container technologies (Docker) and their use in development, testing, and deployment workflows 
  • Understanding of web technologies: HTTP, REST, JSON, OAuth, API Gateways is a plus 
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured working style
