One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior AdOps Engineer in Europe.

In this role, you’ll take charge of the operational performance of a large-scale digital advertising platform. As the go-to expert for system monitoring and troubleshooting, you’ll work across complex ad tech infrastructure—including DSPs, SSPs, and cloud environments—to ensure stable, accurate, and high-performing ad delivery. This is a hands-on, systems-focused position where your expertise will directly impact uptime, reliability, and user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address platform issues at their core and help build a more robust and scalable ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a high-scale digital advertising platform
• Monitor system performance across ad delivery components (DSPs, SSPs, etc.)
• Identify and resolve platform-wide technical issues and performance bottlenecks
• Manage and maintain Linux-based server environments
• Utilize cloud tools (primarily AWS) for monitoring, logging, and debugging infrastructure
• Administer relational databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and vendor teams to support platform stability
• Act as the primary responder for technical incidents impacting ad delivery
• Document troubleshooting processes and recurring system issues
• Provide operational feedback for continuous platform improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AdOps or a technical role within the digital advertising space
• Strong understanding of online ad tech systems including SSPs, DSPs, and ad serving mechanics
• Proven experience with Linux system administration in production environments
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), networking, and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL)
• Initial exposure to observability tools like Datadog is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
• A proactive, reliability-focused mindset with a passion for system optimization
• Experience supporting high-availability, distributed systems is highly valued
