What You'll Be Doing

Conduct comprehensive analyses of market dynamics to develop the company's medium and long-term customer gifting strategies.
Leverage experience in supply chain management, demonstrating a strong understanding of product design and raw materials.
Independently manage projects, collaborating with business, design, and relevant departments to ensure efficient delivery and continuous product iteration.
Analyze and interpret business requirements thoroughly; develop a well-informed procurement plan based on extensive market research and ensure successful execution.
Oversee supplier management, including bidding and tendering processes, negotiation, contract signing, order tracking, and payment processing.
Collect and analyze procurement management data to create detailed category management reports and provide actionable optimization recommendations for the business

What We Look For In You

Preferred candidates will have extensive first-hand supply resources from well-known domestic and international brands.
Proficient in the origins of raw materials, formulas, production processes, costs, and quality control levels across various product categories.
Familiar with procurement processes and supply chain management.
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Good communication, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure
Meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask
Proactive and pleasant personality, great team work
Able to work diligently and independently under time constraints
