We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to 2–3 Government Affairs Directors. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem-solver with a strong sense of professionalism and the ability to identify and anticipate needs.
How You Will Contribute
Manage complex individual and team calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for multiple Directors.
Prepare and edit meeting agendas, correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Assist in planning and executing internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials.
Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Support expense reporting, budget tracking, and payment, contract, and invoice processes.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
The role will be based in-person in the Capitol Hill Office
What You Will Bring
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably supporting multiple leaders.
Proactively anticipates/Able to anticipate needs and challenges, taking initiative to address them before they arise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (including expertise with Outlook’s calendar function), and PowerPoint.
